Delivery Notifications: Now in Real-Time

Whether your box arrives during your evening wind-down, or in the cool early morning hours, our new delivery notifications help keep you informed. Our estimated delivery window notifications mean you never have to guess when your farm-fresh goodies will arrive. A convenient “delivered” message quietly alerts you the moment your farm box touches your doorstep, ensuring your greens stay crisp and your dairy stays cool.

Getting Started: Set Up for Success

To access these features, you’ll need the latest version of the Full Circle iPhone app found in the App Store. Here is how to get synced up.

If You’re New to the Full Circle App

Open the App Store on your iPhone.

Search for Full Circle Farm Box.

Tap **Get** or the cloud icon to download.

Important! You will be prompted twice to allow app notifications. If you choose to skip or not allow, you will not receive any Full Circle app notifications unless you go into your iPhone settings to configure later.

1. Click “Allow Notification” when the app pop up asks “Lettuce be Your Friend” (as seen in the image below)

2. Click “Allow” when iOS pop up asks “Full Circle” Would Like to Send You Notifications (as seen in image below)

If You Already Have the Full Circle App (Enable Notifications)

To get those real-time alerts, you need to give us the “green light” from your iPhone and app settings:

iPhone Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Scroll down and tap Notifications.

Find Full Circle in the list.

Toggle “Allow Notifications” to “ON”. (see image below)

Pro-tip: Set “Banner Style” to “Persistent” so you don’t miss the arrival notice!

Update Your Full Circle App Settings

When signed into the app, from the home page, click on the Account button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Scroll down and tap App Notifications.

Toggle “Delivery Status Notifications” to “ON”.

The Pre-Arrival Alert

You’ll receive your first notification when your driver is within a two-hour window of your delivery being made. It’s also a good reminder to prepare your porch and your home members for your delivery.

The “On Your Doorstep” Confirmation

The moment our driver completes the delivery and snaps a confirmation photo, your phone will buzz.

Not only can you receive real-time delivery notifications from the Full Circle app, it’s also a convenient way to customize your box, manage your delivery schedule, add one-time deliveries, set recurring grocery items to be automatically added to each delivery, and explore new recipes and storage tips. Download the app today and take the guesswork out of your grocery routine.

How To Add Farm Stand Products to Your Delivery

Full Circle members — head on over to our online Farm Stand Market to customize your upcoming delivery. Market is open from noon on Thursday until 6pm on your cutoff date. After you confirm your produce items, click the orange button “Confirm and Continue To Other Farm Products” to add farm products to your delivery.
